I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and have completed a Certificate Program in Traumatic Stress Studies through the Trauma Research Foundation, where I deepened my understanding of PTSD, developmental trauma, and body-based approaches to care. My work is rooted in both personal experience and academic study, with a strong focus on how kink can support healing, self-awareness, and growth.
As a facilitator, I take a trauma-aware, inclusive approach. I aim to create spaces where people can reflect, ask questions, and feel respected in their experiences. Whether I’m working one-on-one, teaching a class, or writing about these topics, my goal is to make room for honest, grounded conversations that don’t pathologize kink or erase the wisdom of those who live it.
I currently offer personalized consulting, community education, and writing on topics related to kink, trauma, and pleasure. I’m here for anyone asking deeper questions about how kink, trauma, and pleasure show up in their lives—and who want a space to explore those questions without fear of judgement.
