We seek to treat the human condition as a whole, keeping our consideration of the diversity and nuance of the social world, the context of life, love, relationships, and individual circumstances always in the foreground of our approach. Education is an absolutely integral part of our work. We take the time first to understand the informational gaps to be filled from previous treatment, or where to begin building a foundation based on mutual understanding. In both cases, by explaining what it all means, we accomplish our objective which is to ensure we are making the best choice together. This kind of collaboration speaks to another aspect of our approach, aptly referred to as the treatment team model. Having an all-inclusive body of knowledge allows everyone involved to work as a team to monitor progress and stability as well as provide treatment on the basis of holistic and comprehensive healthcare.

I run a solo practice in general adult psychiatry. I value my patients' privacy and for that reason have chosen not to employ an assistant or accept third party payments. I will be the only person you talk to on the phone, via email, or in person. I have experience treating depression, bipolar disorder, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Panic Disorder and most other psychiatric conditions. I prefer talk-therapy to therapy with medications, though I provide both as appropriate. I do not provide couples therapy.
