Kat is a Certified Sexological Bodyworker with over 10 years in the kink and polyamorous communities, and 15 years of experience in facilitation and coaching. She believes that sexual health, pleasure, and intimate connection with oneself and others are basic human rights, and has finally found a way to help people reclaim those rights. She offers compassionate, intuitive support to individuals, couples, and groups who want to direct their personal erotic development, deepen their connection with their bodies, or work through issues or concerns around sexuality or relationship. I have been part of a community which is very accepting of both poly and BDSM lifestyles. My licensure is that of Clinical Social Worker in the State of Texas. I can not provide services to anyone living out side of Texas. I practice cognitive behavior therapy.

I am a NASM certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist with multiple years experience working with Kink involved clients. I am familiar with multiple elements of kink in addition to my experience with fitness. I provide fitness program design, health and nutrition advice, and personal tracking and accountability. I can be contacted by email and provide services both in person and online. A vital part of my practice is that I am confidential about any and all medical or personal information. Rates are negotiable and variable based on client needs.

I provide one-on-one coaching services. I am an Associate Ceritified Coach (ACC) in the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and received my certification as a a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) from the Coaches Training Institute (CTI). While you'll see that my site is focussed on coaching people thrust into leadership, I have a strong interest in helping folks in the kink community, and so I wanted be a part of this directory. I can help with issues related to work, relationship(s), or whatever is on your mind. Coaching is a process of becoming truly clear on what is important to you, and then taking action, and following through. I can assist with focus on any/all of those areas. Some folks need help with accountability. Some need help sorting through their thoughts and getting clear. I would love the chance to speak with you about your needs to see if we might be a good fit to work together. Most of my work is done on the phone, and I have clients all over the country.
