I offer coaching and bodywork to help you connect more intimately with yourself and your partners, clarify and communicate your boundaries and desires, learn about your own anatomy and pleasure, undo shame, cultivate self-love, integrate your eroticism more fully into your felt sense of self, and/or overcome specific sexual challenges. At times we might just sit together and unravel issues through conversation. Other times I might teach you specific meditation, breathwork, self-pleasure, or other practices. If you so choose, I may also use hands-on education and bodywork to accelerate your learning. I work with people of all genders, sexualities, backgrounds, relationship styles, etc. I'm often described as compassionate, non-judgmental, sensitive, and safe.
