As a result, I deeply resonate with inclusivity, community, and am committed to providing care for people who have historically been excluded by therapists. I firmly believe self-awareness of choice and personal embodiment is the foundation of mental health and psychological well-being. Having worked extensively with children and families, I am open to taking on individual clients, couples, and polycules.

Dr. Westberg provides sex therapy and couples counseling in Connecticut. She is a board-certified sexologist (ACS), certified sex educator (AASECT), and a licensed couple’s counselor (LMFT).

I am a sex positive, kink positive, and poly positive therapist and I look forward to assisting on your mental health journey. I use a combination of CBT, motivational interviewing and positive psychology.
