I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Arizona. I work with adults, couples/dyads, and poly relationship systems. I specialize in working with kink and BDSM practitioners, trans* patients, poly and consensual non-monogamy patients, LGB patients, patients experiencing complex trauma, and intersectional identity exploration.

I am LGBTQI, polyamory, kink, and sex work positive, having supported diverse communities. I incorporate mindfulness and meditation into my practice to support mental well-being and have a deep appreciation for creativity, enjoying the opportunity to foster the creative processes of artists. My areas of focus are with anxiety, depression, ADHD and neurodiversity. I offer a range of therapeutic approaches, integrating psychodynamic therapy with cognitive-behavioral techniques such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). My practice is grounded in a client-centered, trauma-informed framework, and I value incorporating direct feedback and humor into therapy.

In therapy, I aim to build a supportive and empathetic relationship, tailoring our work to your unique needs, whether you seek brief or long-term support. I believe in exploring and embracing the messiness of therapy to uncover your strengths and resilience, creating a safe space where vulnerability can lead to meaningful growth.

My background includes training in harm-reduction models, with experience in HIV test counseling, HIV case management, reproductive healthcare decision making. I have worked conducting street outreach, and worked in hospital-based and community health clinics. A key part of my experience is my time with St. James Infirmary, a clinic serving sex workers. I am San Francisco Sex Information (SFSI) trained, and am currently pursuing AASECT certification.

I help people with alternative sexualities who feel alone, abnormal, and unlovable. I show them how to accept themselves in their beauty and strength, so they can experience loving connection in their lives.

I am a Trans Masc, non binary, neurodivergent, queer therapist, but you don't have to be trans or queer to see me, my clients are very diverse in many ways. Being sex positive and a member of the kink community myself I find it difficult to find therapists who understand what Im talking about, let alone seem comfortable and knowledgable.
