Crystal works from an attachment based, trauma informed, and relational perspective and specialized in working with Gender, Sex, and Relationship Diverse (GSRD) individuals and couples.

Crystal’s passion is helping people who feel like they are in transition in their life; whether healing from past trauma, navigating relationship changes, or exploring lifestyle issues related to being part of LGBTQ+, polyamorous, and/or kink communities. She has worked extensively with people exploring gender and sexual identities by offering radical acceptance, infinite curiosity, and deep compassion to those seeking to discover their authentic life. She also has significant experience working with sexual assault and domestic violence survivors by supporting their healing process and working through shame to find empowerment.

Simone is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based out of Norwich, CT operating online and via phone call. Many of her clients appreciate that Simone is not just a counselor who preaches counseling techniques, but is also a person who has been a part of the real world and knows what works and what doesn't. With over 7+ years working in the mental health field, she uses her education and life experience to help coach, teach, and guide people to achieve a more balanced way of living.

I am a clinical psychologist in CA (PSY32022) who provides kink-affirming (and polyamory/open-affirming) therapy to adults and relationships. I specialize in kink and non-monogamy, mood and anxiety issues, relationship problems, and complex or attachment trauma, using a caring, in-depth approach.

Welcome! I provide a nurturing environment into which we bring our curiosity about you. My approach employs multiple tools so we can discover which ones feel right: traditional talk therapy, holistic body-based or somatic exploration, behavior-changing tasks, or depth psychology approaches such as dream work. For those in relationships, additional tools include broadening communication skills and clarifying interactional patterns. Finally, because past experiences feed into our social interactions, the inclusion of current trauma science can deepen our work together. I am trained in the Trauma Resiliency Model (CRM and TRM1) and practice mindfulness-based EMDR.
