I'm licensed as a psychotherapist in Illinois and practice as an intimacy coach with clients all over the country. As a coach, I do not diagnose anything, provide medically necessary treatment or work with insurance. Sessions and packages can be customized to your goals, schedule and budget.

I'm trained in Gottman Couples Counseling, Internal Family System and mindfulness. I am a Certified Holistic Health Coach and authorized as a Meditation Guide.
