Let me walk with you and help guide you on your search towards inner peace. There is a beauty in the fluidity of life and my goal is to help with navigating your way through both the ups and the downs. Our personal journeys can bring upon many struggles that lead to increased stress, anxiety, and depression. It is my mission to offer a safe place to process these emotions and develop tools to help you better cope with them. I help with processing issues related to the fetish community.I offer individuals a safe space to explore ones personal understanding of self; sexual orientation, preference, role, power exchange, and their part within an alternative life style relationship. My clinical background includes working with individuals diagnosed with substance use disorders, developmental disabilities, mental health disorders and assisting individuals who are working on learning/ developing their own sense of personal identity. I use a person-centered eclectic approach in therapy. I believe it is important to meet individuals where they are at and utilize therapeutic interventions from the following areas; cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical- skills based- behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing. I am certified as a Clinical Trauma Professional, Certified Compassion Fatigue Professional, and MRT therapy.

As a systemic thinker, I work with my clients through a lens of all of the relationships they encounter in their life including but not limited to, their relationship to self, to partners, to family, their gender, sexuality, race, and culture. This is in an effort to acknowledge and honor that we as humans don't live in isolation and that our inner work can be impacted by our outer world and those relationships that we build. My specialization is working with individuals, relationships, and family systems through this systemic and relational lens. I hold advanced training in sex therapy and am affirming in my work with LGBTQIA+, nonbinary, and genderqueer clients. She specializes in working with various lovestyles and relationship structures, and with clients seeking support with a range of sexual concerns, such as partners seeking a more intimate sexual connection, difficulties within sexual experiences, and affair discovery and/or recovery.
