I am passionate about supporting the conformists, dreamers, and weirdos of the world! I provide therapy to queer, poly, and/or kinky folks who want to improve their relationships with others and with their bodies.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate (LMFTA #10427A), I have a deep commitment to supporting humans and relationships at the intersections of polyamory, kink, and queer identities. I genuinely want to know what you hold significant, from moments of injustice to the songs that have shaped the soundtrack of your life. I invite you and/or your partners to BYOE (Bring Your Own Expertise) on personal experiences and I’ll bring mine on the process of tailoring therapy to your needs.

Counselor and Therapist

I'm a non-traditional relationship therapist and I’ve completed over 100 hours of evidence-based relationship and couples therapy trainings. I provide emotionally focused, trauma-informed, queer affirming, sex positive, poly and kink affirming relationship therapy.

I am a urology, women's health, and sexual medicine physician assistant (PA) in Western North Carolina. I am also a nationally certified sexuality counselor and sexuality educator through AASECT. At my clinic, we provide all-inclusive urologic care to all generations, all gender identities, and all sexual orientations. My interests include pelvic floor dysfunction, biofeedback, urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic pain, interstitial cystitis, menopause, female sexual health, low sexual desire, low testosterone, hormone therapy for transgender, and erectile dysfunction. As a sex counselor and educator, I can provide individual sexual health information and personalized counseling. We do take most insurances and no referral is needed.

My approach to therapy is based on individual needs, with an affinity for individuals struggling with Lifestyle issues, as well, as those navigating life’s many challenges.

Ms. Angela Washington is a Psychosexual Educator, Sexuality Wellness Instructor, and Sex-Ed Relationship Counselor. She is a an activist for the eradication of Sex-Trafficking and combines teachings by promoting a sex positive lifestyle that endorses life, love, spirit and sex balance. She walks it like she talks it, and has lived both in the alternative lifestyle of BDSM and Polyamory prior 25 years. She believes in sexual liberation and inclusivity. Presently, in a relationship which is monogamous and leaning towards marriage. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and a Masters of Arts in Leadership and Organization Change, with a Interdisciplinary in Counseling Foundation. Owner of the business; Living Loving Initiative Systems, L.L.C. which has an active membership, and team of professional women and men. She facilitates an Facebook e-class room as a pilot for future endeavors in a E-classroom platform; Living Loving -e-Class. At Living Loving Initiative Systems, the program centers on a balance of life, love, spirit and sex. The sexpert enjoys networking and believes in paying it forward to other Black owned business. Her contribution here is her experiential knowledge and background in mental health, Kink Aware Lifestyles, and human sexuality. She is a published writer, International Speaker and contributes to BlacksforImprovedHealth, Simply-Sxy, LinkedIn and other e-zines. A remarkable following on social media of thousands.
