I am a mental health therapist and I work in the Ballard neighborhood of Seattle, Washington. I specialize in helping men and masculine people cultivate emotional resilience, intimacy, and integrity in relationships. My other passions working with spiritual wounding, healing, and growth. I have significant experience and passion working with LGBQ folks and trans and nonbinary people. I affirm our innate right to determine our sexual, romantic, and gender identities; to choose the relationships that affirm us; and to explore our sexuality, romantic love, and friendship needs through consensual, loving, conscious, and mature connections. I affirm our innate right to autonomy in living the gender identity and embodiment that is congruent with our experience of self.

People come to counseling for different reasons. Some people need extra support through tough times. Others may feel depressed, hopeless, or stuck. There are many reasons to seek a counselor. I have 5 years experience working with individuals on life transitions, depression, anxiety and trauma; including individuals who identify they have Dissociative Identity Disorder and Borderline PD. I am poly and kink friendly. My orientation is Existential, self compassion and self advocacy. I am a LMHC in Washington state and a LCPC and LCPAT in Maryland, as well as a Board Certified Registered Art Therapist (ATR-BC). I specialize in working with women, people who are trans, and people who are non-binary. I have extensive experience working with people who are polyamorous and non-monogamous, and people within the Kink and BDSM communities. I provide all counseling sessions online for all of Washington state and Maryland. I offer later hours throughout weekdays.

Maybe one of those things, maybe just looking for someone who won't judge you, will meet you where you are. My passion is helping other "outcasts" or "misfits" create a world of possiblities and joy, free from the cage imposed by others. I believe in Choice (Choice/Reality therapy) and I use a lot of CBT techniques, homework, and truly listening to help people reach their goals. I also do online counseling sessions!!

Embracing Pleasure is heart-centered, trauma-informed coaching, bodywork, and education for adults of all genders, sizes, relationship statuses, and sexualities who are struggling with identity, sexuality, intimacy, or trauma and who long to be seen. I find my clients come to me because something has changed in the way they are relating to themselves, their lover(s), and/or the world. Something feels off, and my clients are looking for support and guidance to a greater depth of experience and a more whole version of themselves and their sex/life! My approach is based on my Master's degree in Sacred Erotic Psychology, certifications in Sexological Bodywork, Clinical Trauma Professional, and Transpersonal Hypnotherapy, as well as numerous hours of work with clients and with myself. I have extensive knowledge of and personal experience with truma, kink/bdsm, polyamory/non-monogamy, queer/lgbp+ and trans/non-binary experiences, and more. Sessions are a blend of therapeutic talking/mind-based interaction, body-based/embodiment exercises, and/or educational-therapeutic touch. The session experience is completely dependent upon your goals, and focused on increasing your experience of embodiment and intimacy with yourself, others, and the world.

I specialize in working with kink, BDSM, poly, and queer communities. I have been in private practice for several years and am very well-versed in working with these communities. My focus is on helping clients to process their issues in a safe and nonjudgmental environment.

I'm a Marriage and Family Therapist in Redmond, WA. I love helping people explore who they are, what they want, and how to get past the hurdles that get in their way. I support people around all issues of identity: how they see themselves, what parts are hidden, and how these things affect their interactions with others. I specialize in working with Polyamorous and NonMonogamous Folk, LGBTQ Youth, and Kinky Folk: individuals, couple, families, and group households. I work from a systemic view, which means working with all involved. Sometimes that means working individually and sometimes it means working with your whole group. I also make housecalls. I am comfortable talking with people around sex, sexual issues, and sexual identity. Outside of the therapy room I teach and write about sex, sex-positive culture, sexuality, and identity.

I have been walking the path of spirituality, sexuality, and kink my entire adult life, and have direct experience of how they can intertwine, intensify, and/or challenge each other. As a spiritual director, I facilitate the creation of a safe, sacred space in which you can speak your truth, give voice to and wrestle with spiritual doubts and questions, tell your own sacred story, and discover new possibilities for growth and joy. As a priestess, ritualist, and celebrant, I can help you create ceremonies that are meaningful in the context of your own life and path, including legal weddings, handfastings, polyamorous weddings, family or household blessings, rites of passage, collarings and other BDSM-related ceremonies.

I enjoy building relationships with clients to identify their strengths and goals in times of change and struggle. Together we work to explore the things that cause them pain and limit joy in life. I support my clients through empowerment, encouragement, and by listening. It is my responsibility to provide culturally informed therapy that is client-focused and rooted in compassion, as well as collaboration. I love working with a wide variety of people, and have a passion for teenagers with anxiety and ADHD, gender and sexual diverse populations including kink and polyamory, and perpetrators and survivors of sexual abuse. I am also certified to provide Prepare/Enrich pre-marital counseling. I am located in an agency that also provides psychological testing, ADHD testing and support, and therapeutic groups run by Licensed Psychologist Dr. David Moore. I offer evening and weekend appointments to accommodate busy schedules.
